Such a scam place !!! Beware! People out there should not take their vehicles there. Went in for Ac work had my truck for 3 weeks ,when I picked it up they had a different dashboard in place of mine but never told me when I was driving away I noticed it. even a different color ,management said when guys in their shop break something their allowed to replace it.never thought it would be with a different color and some magnets glued on ,it was a used one .They also broke lighter in truck and knocked some wires off dashboard underneath. Last when I took truck to detail I noticed over pray of red paint on door and step panels I know it wasn't like that begore because I had just buffed both step panels and they are chrome. After looking at side of truck I noticed where they painted it and door was still dented something definitely happened but never told me . Never went back because I already knew they would lie like they did the 1st time . Disgrace is what it is And guaranteed any of the stars they have on this site is probably a bunch of bull. Beware and I've heard of similar from other people after telling my story.

Global Autocare Center is a shop in Naples that I can trust to perform top quality service on my vehicle. The manager Ernesto approved my service only/specific request to clean my EGR ports of carbon buildup. A service most local shops don't offer. He also provided me with before and after photos of the EGR carbon buildup in the ports for quality assurance purposes. The tech who actually performed the service goes by Rocco if I'm not mistaken. A very talented/skilled and well spoken young man. My car is running much better at idle, fuel economy is way up, and the check engine light is off and has not come back on. Global Autocare Center will be my preferred service center moving forward and if Rocco is available, I'll be requesting him as the tech to perform the service.

Brought my Mustang in for a rear main seal and an oil pan gasket leak. Fixed the issue for me in a timely fashion and they also called to inform me that my rear differential was leaking and I had a bad misfire. They fixed that as well. Planning to go back for more services in the future. The pricing for parts and labor was great as well. I wasn’t over charged.

This is the third time I’ve been to Global. I had an oil change scheduled. They also recommended a battery replacement, which I had anticipated would be needed. Staff are friendly, prices are reasonable, and the waiting room is pleasant. I recommend Global!

I looked up auto repair shops on the internet and narrowed it down to Global Autocare Center based on what other customers had to say and the professional appearance of their web page. I was not sure what the noise was coming from the rear of my car. They were very professional in explaining what was going to take place with an estimate, discussion of problem and I could go ahead with the repair or not. They sent me a video of my rear brakes and how corroded and rusty they were and suggested I have the rotors and pads replaced with a price quote. I agreed to the repair and a short time later my car was fixed. I liked the way it was presented to me without pressure and feeling comfortable with the diagnosis. There waiting room was the cleanest I've ever seen BTW. I would recommend them to anyone with any auto repair issue. I will definitely return to them with any further issues I have.
